Troubles with Message Center =(

  • Drinking: Water
I've been having problems with the message center since the update. Clicking the Remove or Select All buttons just updates the page for me, without selecting or deleting anything >__> And clicking this "X" doesn't work either ='( So my message center is crammed with deviations, comments, polls etc XD

I don't know what's wrong =/ It does work fine when I tried on my sister's computer. I tried updating flash too, but no difference.
I guess it's my computer or browser. Just don't know what to do about it. Help? D=

It works for me when I select the message and go to "Remove All." But dA has always been stupid about deleting notifications, though this version is better about it than v5 was (I'd often have to refresh the page 5-6 times to get them to go away).

You could always try clearing your Internet cache; that fixes a lot of pesky little problems like this. -.o

I tried that but it still won't work =( Maybe I should download the latest version of IE >_> Haven't bothered yet XD

I use Firefox 3 and I haven`t any big problem. Once in a while it shows a message saying "it was not possible deleting message" or something like that, but is rare and normaly the message was deleted, but I stil could see it. Once I go back to the page, it is not there anymore.

guess it is a problem with the navegator... people say that Opera is a great choice too.

Oh, IE? You'd be better off ditching it and getting Firefox. IE hates Flash. :( (But like I said, dA is one big problem when it comes to message alerts, so I can't guarantee switching to Firefox would help.

All the message center does for me is lock up the internet if I try to go directly to the comments/journals/replies section without going to the deviations first.

Uhh...isn't all these coding thing for deleting and stuff coded using JavaScript and has nothing to do with flash?
